Expect the best at LPGA Thailand 2010
LPGA’s 2010 season starts this week here in Thailand with Honda-PTT LPGA Thailand at Siam Country Club, Pattaya. I have bought tickets and made arrangements to go there. It will be a 60 players field without cuts and includes 49 players from LPGA’s top 50 money list. With 30 pairs of players playing each day, we need to plan which groups to follow and switch from which group to which group and which hole.. etc.
Refashion Your Short Game
Back in 2005, my coach, David Whelan, gave me a challenge that seemed simple enough: to chip six balls from just off the green and get each up and down. It was the morning after my first missed cut on the LPGA Tour, and David was insistent that I spend my practice session on chipping and pitching. I told him I’d get all six balls up and down in three attempts or less; instead, I needed 57 attempts, and it took almost three hours.
LPGA Honda Thailand 2009
Honda LPGA Thailand Championship 2009 is being held from February 26 to March 1, 2009, at Siam Country Club, Pattaya. The event is bigger than ever with top 50 available LPGA players including nine of the top 10.
